Scott has always had a passion for off-road adventure.  At an early age he was riding minibikes and motorcycles in his backyard. As a teenager he was building Baja bugs and Volkswagen engines in his garage. His fascination with Volkswagen’s led to a love for sand rails and dune buggies. The combination of thrill, speed, and off-road adventure naturally lead into an obsession for Baja and off-road racing. His extensive mechanical knowledge and skill helps to ensure that the truck gets across the finish line.

Scott has been racing in Baja sine the early 90s. He is a veteran to the sport and knows how to race! No matter what Baja throws at him weather it's rolling over, breaking a driveline, losing a break caliper, a failed power steering pump, a tie rod, rear end, or a fried transmission, he fights tooth and nail to get to the finish!  Ultimately it takes a top-notch team, dedicated pit crew, and great sponsors to help get the truck across the finish line. With a new state of the art HM Racing Designs Echo Boost truck and a determination for success, this team will be unstoppable.
